The old suits need more mods; there'll be so many of them, it makes sense to lash up something with them, and that's not bad (albeit gets dropped by LL or anything bigger, but does survive one MPL or CMPL IIRC).

Now make something useful out of the original Infiltrator I "Waddle".

See: I've had a vision, if mundane, for this thing for years: Make both arms match the right, and give it reactive,  bump it up to a medium, for the armor weight, maybe with only one MP, and all the mine disposal gear in the limbs.

I've probably built it, already, but the cheese needed to be fully formed is a bit much by my own standards: Fire-Proof, or Ferro-Lamellor, to go along with the thing from the World Wars about flamers being linked to mine disposal?

Was Stealth a better option? :-\

Then, I have it in my head there would be a training discount if you skimp on the movement points, on the grounds "qualified crews" are the bottleneck in any battle-suit deployment …

It might be time to redevelop Perraper Da Sapper;D

It takes one hell of a hand-wave to deem all building hexes to be full of elevator wells, thus jump-jets are only for the parking-lots outside. Inside, you would have needed some training to move around without hanging up on the sprinkler system. >:(

:-\ Minefields are always multiples of 10, right? 6 points of reactive should be enough to let a trooper lose his green status …  :toofunny:
