Everything to date requires a disposable backpack, flushing it's mobility down the drain.
Here … I've assumed it's better to brawl, and give away your position with jump jets, then to have armor weight matching your punch.

As an aside, there is a Competing Product™ which assigns volume to missile ammo in battlesuits, which is rather neat …
