EDIT: Nevermind, its illegal. 1 too many jump range (used the old MegaMek which had the VTOL error)

Named for the Turkish winged horse, rather fitting as it is a Clan Hell's Horses design. Unfortunately I had to use an IS internal structure (sorry, no HarJel & MedKit for you) in order to pull it all off. Still though, its effectively a gunship that has partial stealth, and an entire Point of them hits like a CERPPC at their max range, or an AC/20 if you get into their faces. What they can do to infantry with the combo of an APGauss + Firedrake, doesn't need explanation, but again that also fits the CHH role, as they love infantry, so by that token, also think a lot about anti-infantry tactics. Manipulator is there simply so they can ride into battle on something fast, before flying off to be absolute pains, while the cutting torch is there if they ever DO need to land, break in, and break stuff.

There's only one variant I've come up with.

Remove both the basic manipulator, and replace it with a battle claw, and then toss the Firedrake and give it Light TAG.
Considering it takes 45dmg to kill all of them, and they can fly above cover, that's a long time for LRMs to start raining on things.

Even if your opponent has god rolls for their accuracy.
