Hm...

GREAT concept.
However.

60 Tons would grant a 360 XL, and your AV is below 200.
Even at 65 Tons, a 5/8/5 profile nets more weapons.

While the firepower is great for its movement profile, this seems like a ... weapon forged for one battle, rather than any.
Trust me when I type this: this Mech should absolutely be built with a long range gun and plenty of shorter range close in punch.

Mixed tech is great and all.
However, there's more of a lack of this design presenting a clear attack profile.

So just the iHLL and a C-TC?

Might. The issue that I've learned of late is that IS XLFE's being three crits in each ST is not ideal... although the LFE's just don't free up enough weight.
