Instead maybe a LPPC.  only 5 heat and really good range.  With the CLPS, NULL, etc, it'd be a sniper from hell! And HARD to kill!

Looks to me like the heat is working as intended. But keeping it at that level looks like it might be tough to keep up any respectable rate of fire. I'm guessing the plan is lots of TSM enabled kicks along with small laser pokes?
Good news is the lab boys say the symptoms of asbestos poisoning show an immediate latency of 44.6 years. So if you're thirty or over you're laughing. Worst case scenario you miss out on a few rounds of canasta, plus you've forwarded the cause of science by three centuries. I punch those numbers into my calculator, it makes a happy face.

Having a stealth mech that can, essentially, only fight in melee doesn't feel all that great to me... :(

It's a fun idea, but not very practical.

Not exactly my thought... I think stealth brawlers can be useful too, but they should be able to use their guns. The OP can only brawl, since it pretty much have to shut off stealth systems to use its weapons.

And 25-ton brawlers aren't the greatest units in the game, even with TSM! ;D

The core idea I like.  Light mechs suffer greatly in efficiency for the price, and hardened armor might give them enough survivability to be worthwhile.

Not a bad concept, I think. With this it is fast like as a 30 tonner, while durable as much as a 50 tonner medium. It seems that the stealth systems are there for close to the target.

Targeting Computer is incompatible with Null Signature System, so you cannot have both. Also why not to have the hands and punching the enemy's face or hack the back? With this concept you better try melee attacks.

Also I don't think that you need to heat up it by only one turn. You need to nothing but running at least for one turn, so you just required to adjust the heat of 9 for two turns.

So it may walk 10 straight line a turn. Adding hands means it can crack the enemy's back or punch the enemy face(although given its chassis a successful punch on the enemy's face is not an instant kill). It have to shoot a ER Medium and a Small Laser on a first turn when it does not contact with the enemy, and on the following turn it may reach to 9 heat by shoot all it gots.

Well, with Hardened and stealth system, I think that focus on TAG and ECM seems the better choice, though. But with such light weight it can't get most.

Wait, where's the bit about TCs not working with NullSig? I thought that was just with VoidSig?

EDIT:
Also, I try to avoid going full MinMax. If there isn't something that needs at least 1 (hopefully minor) fix, it just isn't battletech.
The idea here was a relatively heavily armed IS-tech unit for it's weight category, and it does outgun quite a number of 20-25t designs, while still keeping it's speed up, and making it all but a zombieMech from the armor. The TSM was/is a throwaway I noted I could stick in, but would be 'situational' at best.

Switching off heat sinks is in Total Warfare so you don't need any overheat, much less +9, to activate TSM any more even if you're playing without optional rules.  You just need at least one small laser to get from even to odd heat levels and visa versa if you're using DHS.

I went with two the first is the Star League’s Sniper, Scout and Harraser.  Its one gun has a decent range which fits it into a ranged support roll

The second was the same Mech resurrected by the Word of Blake filling the roll more of Scout, Spotter and Harrasser leaning on modern Null Tech and an Interface Cockpit.  With paired ER Mediums it can defend itself and hunt another Light.  The TAG cancall in support

Last one, I wasn't going to do, but I had to

The Clan Bug aka IIC.  They made it a little heavier but still a light, no dishonourable stealth Tech and abandoning Hardened armour they used Clan Tech to its full with speed and mobility replacing toughness.  Finally coming up with a Sniper, Scout infantry hunter.  Its ER PPC gives it a weapon capable of striking down any Mech.

ilClan's Bug aka Alaric's toy - with access to whatever he wants Alaric gets a Scout that the ilClans warrior's will use

Using an Interface Cockpit like the Blake design Ferro Lamellor replacing the Hardened armour and Talon enhancements which take advantage of the TSM this is a Bug that can bite.  An overcharged PPC takes the weapon to another level.  Finally a combined electronics suite pays a little respect to the original design

Why not use Ferro-Lamellor? After all, it definitely has the free tonnage for it due to the mass of Hardened.

Why not use Ferro-Lamellor? After all, it definitely has the free tonnage for it due to the mass of Hardened.

The first Clan variant was from the initial Invasion no Ferro-Lamellor available

IlClan variant fixed that

That actually makes an XXL engine viable. I'm literally at a loss for words at how ludicrous and hilariously broken that idea is. Other than if I tried to bring that into a match, I'd probably get socked in the jaw before the 2nd turn finished.

This Mech might not even need Jump Jets to get over a ravine.  It just needs a running start and making sure that the approach has a ramp or is otherwise taller than the destination.

The ER Medium Laser will still make it very annoying to individual units, and the TAG will allow it to be a very annoying spotter to clusters of enemy units.  There is no 'CL' abbreviation, so that means it can still be upgraded with a Clan ER Medium Laser, boosting damage by 2 pts and increasing the long range to 15.  It has enough armor to take a single Large Pulse Laser (LPL) attack to the center torso, but a hit on either side torso or the legs will punch through.  But very few light Mechs mount a LPL.

Except it's using Hardened Armor.
That effectively DOUBLES all it's armor points in every location. So it can actually take two LPLs to the CT......and keep right on truckin'.
