    Primary Factory: Victoria
Communications System: Dian-bao Comms
Targeting and Tracking System: O/P 911

Overview:
Although under development since the advent of Stealth Armor, a stealthy
verison of the Yu Huang took more than a decade to reach production.  The
combination of a voluminous engine, heavy jump jets, massive weapons and an
endo steel chassis stymied attempts to adapt the design to the bulky stealth
armor systems developed by Hellespont on Sian.  Eventually a total factory
rebuild was required to bring a "stealth" Yu Huang to life.

Capabilities:
In the end Shengli Arms was forced to completely rework with base chassis,
switching to standard construction materials and reconfiguring the jump jet
system. The re-routing of the jet exhausts also necessitated splitting the into
2 LRM5s relocated to the side torsos. Most of the secondary armament was
removed, and the class 20 AC was dropped in favor of a longer-ranged
Zhi-tong-yao Gauss Rifle. An additional double heat sink was added to help
manage the heat load imposed by the stealth armor.

Deployment:
The first production run was shipped to Sian under the tightest security
possible, by direct order of the Chancellor, shortly after his miraculous
escape from the shattered remains on the Celestial Palace.  While almost
totally different in construction and performance, the Y-S11L Yu Huang still
retains the same outward appearance as the Y-H8G.  A fact that caught invading
Blakist forces totally by surprise and help speed their demise on Sian, further
justifying Sun Tzu's title as the "Celestial Wisdom."

If at first you don't succeed, make it worth the repairman's time!

Why don't you drop one of the LRM's for an extra Jump Jet?

Or Convert the ER PPC for 2 Light PPC's and still get the Jump Jets while doing the same damage? >:D

I generally prefer the better range brackets of the ERPPC to the standard models on stealth-armored mechs (one of the times where the additional heat burden is worth it). Combining the ability to have all your guns at medium range when most others are at long with the stealth penalties really helps shift the to hit mods in your favor.

Why don't you drop one of the LRM's for an extra Jump Jet?

A running alpha is only 4 overheat. I prefer the extra bit of punch and/or crit seeking to the extra mobility, especially on a mech that is meant to stand off at range. I was tempted to drop the JJs all together in favor of more guns/ammo/armor/DHS, but in the end that version lanced any of the Yu Huang's flavor.
