Battletech Open Tournament current rules

Hello Demo Team,
I'm looking for the current version of the Battletech Open rules.  All information I can find, including the Gen Con 2022 event catalog, points to this URI: https://sites.google.com/view/catalystdemoteam/battletech/open-tournament, however it seems to want to reference a google drive document to which "you need access". I requested access a week or two ago but nothing yet. (FWIW, the entire google site for the demo team seems pretty outdated.)

We are considering doing a local version of the tournament.

Hi. Thanks for bringing this my attention. Google updated their link sharing policy at some point between 2019 (last time we made sure this worked prior to a convention) and now. So the Demo Tem is going to have to get that taken care of. I've passed this concern on to the head of the team.
