Definitely plan to. At the rate the new house build is going the absolute EARLIEST we could close would be something like beginning of February. That's if we got the call for our pre-drywall today, which we won't.

At this rate Baby-Space Cat will be born in VA...speaking of which I just realized that I haven't had a chance to tell anyone but Ozora and Dapper Apples, but Mrs. Space Cat is in the second trimester, all looks good, and a spiritual successor to Natasha Kerensky will be arriving in April 2022.

Also for those that don't know, DA and I went to the Fortress Games and Minis event in Winston-Salem last weekend. He walked away with 2nd place Best General, I snagged 2nd Place Overall. I ran the Ghost of the Inner Sphere:

Black Marauder: MAD-2R
Gaffa's Ghost: HGN-733P
Black Pearl: BLR-1Gb
Callandra Witch: TDR-5Sb
Solaris Champion (Shrapenl #3): AT7-K2
Thirteenth Zeus: ZEU-9S

Plus some infantry/battle armor/transports as point filler.
Except for the 2R (which should have been a 3R) they were all the same make/model as their story. I did surprisingly well in abrading armor at long distance and doing my best to play to objectives or ties when I knew the scenario wasn't in my favor.

I'll post picks of them (AND THE ORION, I KNOW I KNOW) this week/weekend.

Details Please! I spent 10 years in W-S and could'nt get a decent store closer than Greensboro/High Point.

It was a virtual game store that hosted it in the local. So while they dont have a brick and mortar, they're based from there. Fortress Miniatures and Games

Someone on Huzzah's Discord is organizing a game for December 6th. Bring two IS and two Clan 'Mechs, 3/4 pilots, combined maximum of 90 tons per pairing, no later than TRO3058. Just going to grinder it, I think and have some fun.

Technically every inner sphere mech prior to the Exodus is a Clan mech.
Can I interest you in this Crab CRB-27b/Sentinel STN-3Lb combo? Or perhaps a nice Stinger STG-3Gb paired with a pre-2800, an excellent year, Exterminator EXT-4Db on the side?

Five mechs, along with pilot cards and cards for alpha strike for each mechs:

-Timberwolf/Mad Cat, it's in a slightly different pose than the CI box set one. It is torso twisted to the side and both feet are planted on the ground. It is still (apparently) the prime configuration.

-Archer, looks more-or-less like mwo/hbs version. The bay doors are open, revealing the missile racks. Looks like the usual lrm20+med lasers variant.

-Blackjack, looks like the rec-guide one. It is looking to the side with one gun arm lowered. Looks like an ac+srm4 variant, unlike the rec-guide.

-Rifleman, looks like the mwo version. Similar pose to the blackjack. Has two long barrels on each arm.

-Annihilator, looks like the mwo one but with a different head. The 'neck' is shorter and the head is flatter, giving it a squatter look. It's pose is just standing there, menacingly.

The Archer according to the card is a 2W/C2 variant with 2 x SRM4 packs, one each under the LRMs.

The Blackjack is a C/2 model with ER Large Lasers and Dual SRM2s in each arm.

The Timber Wolf on the card is listed as a Prime/Alt Config T.

The Annilhilator card says it's a 2A or 5W. Nothing in Sarna about a 5W variant, maybe in one of the ilClan Rec Guides?

The Rifleman has a different pose than in the Force Packs, is a 3N/C3 with LLas and AC/5s in each arm and an MLas/ERMlas in each torso.

Hey everyone, glad to see there something going on at HH, I just have a hard time getting up there on Mondays myself.

I have been working on a new project with my 3D printer that I picked up a few months ago. Taking the terrain making to the ... next level ...

The final board will be roughly Alpha Strike sized but the scale of the hexes means that it is also roughly the same hex count as a standard mapsheet so it will be cool to play it that way as well.

Thanks, hoping to get around to meeting up soon. At least I get my annual game in a couple weeks so I will be playtesting a smaller version of the board. It will be just mobile enough that I should be able to take it around in 1 big-ish box. I have 6 sections now complete and have 14 more to go.
