I had this idea of if you had limited dropship room and you wanted a lot of bang for tonnage, and I hadn't seen a Canon RAC Demolisher, then a RAC armed Demolisher might be attractive to maniacs like me.

And then I found if I went all out with the XL engine I could fit a third RAC-5 and 3 more tons of ammo for it...

So...I know two AC-20s is really nice for that bubble of doom...but three RAC-5s? That's pretty scary...

Edit: the FCE is because it fit fairly well, and it might need the speed in the age of the Pixu and Manteuffel.

Damn. It's not even that outlandish, as mass-wise they drop straight into the Mk. VII. Why you'd change two big brawler weapons for four stacks of DAKKA, I don't know, but it would make a scary lance-partner. The armour takes a knock, but Heavy Ferro-Fibrous helps boost it back to the protection of its tri-Gauss ancestor:

I think he meant take the Mk6 & drop in 4 RACs (40 tons) in the space of the 3 Gauss (45 Tons).

The extra 5 tons goes to some ERMLs & 3 more tons of Ammo I'd say.   Giving you 2 tons per gun.

Not really my cup of tea, but it does provide LOTS of 5 point spam at medium range.

For the record, this option also works with quad LB10X too.
