I believe a Fuel Cell and the extra armor it allows would be worth the price...  8)

Strongly agreed. And scale back the ammo to 20 shots , add even more armor, a smoke VGL and a tractor hook for a self propelled ammo trailer.

lack of Case on an Artillery unit not a problem.
Just need to make sure it has protection if Hunter-Killer force as sent at it.
