Daryk did wonders with ICE models for the Succession Wars era, and I posted plenty of fusion powered models above, but none of those were for the SW - everything was for later years, with later technologies. So how about a Goblin family in the late 30th century that has a fusion power plant? Ostensibly they'd be fighting over production for Hatchetmans with them, but there's plenty of other sources of 180 SFEs (looking at you, Vindicator) and it's not like there's a huge demand for Hatchetmans by comparison.
To keep the Goblin nature, I kept the one-ton infantry bay, because a) I like Squad Rules and b) it's a Goblin, it's supposed to work with infantry. The bow Machine Gun was kept, while a Vehicular Grenade Launcher was added to the turret. One extra ton of armor was added to it, and that left me with 15.5 tons and ten slots to fill it with.

The obvious MBT-style main gun is a PPC, and there's enough tonnage left over for an LRM-10 (both in the turret) and two tons of ammunition along with an extra turreted Machine Gun - it's a poor man's Manticore, but it also fits in a Light Vehicle Bay. I suppose I could swap the -10 for an LRM-5 and an SRM6, with one ton of ammo each, but I prefer the longer ranged weapon. BV for this model is 806, and cost is 1,577,600 C-bills.
For something more short-ranged, you can out-Bulldog a Bulldog. The turret mounts a Large Laser plus two SRM-6s, along with the VGLs and a second Machine Gun, while retaining the bow MG. Three tons of ammo for the SRMs gives plenty of options to choose from, and lets you tape down the triggers for a little while and even take difficult shots just in case. BV for this version is 777 even, with a price of 1,550,050 C-bills making it among the more expensive of the versions. It'd probably make a great city-fighter, though, something to pair up with the AC/20 casemate tanks.
Then there's an option I know Daryk will enjoy. For 726 BV and a price of 1,352,125 C-bills, you can cram a Blazer into the turret - just barely, this thing would have no other weapons besides the bow MG and the VGL. Considering the original Goblin only has a single LL and a bow MG, I suppose it's still a solid upgrade.
A version built specifically as a casemate model is below, intended to take weapons like the AC/20 or a Thumper artillery piece.

Unfortunately it only gets to nineteen tons instead of twenty; you'd have to lose the infantry and the MG to carry anything like a Sniper or an LTAC, and you only get one ton of ammunition that way anyway. At least it has eleven slots to cram stuff into.
AC/20 version has 25 rounds onboard, with a BV of 667 and a cost of 1,494,225 C-bills. Thumper carrier mounts 40 rounds onboard, with two tons of communications equipment filling the rest for that tasty +1 to Initiative - and it makes a fire support TOC vehicle while you're at it. BV for this version is 404, and a price of 1,300,650 C-bills. I originally stripped the Infantry Bay and kept the MG, but swapped those on further consideration. What goes into the twenty tons? A Mobile Field Base, allowing Bay level maintenance and repairs/modifications without needing a DropShip. The MFB is only 338 BV, making it a cheap and effective objective to capture in a game, and only costs 1,196,250 C-bills to boot. The infantry bay means you can carry a full Tech Team per each vehicle, so you have a portable do-it-all repair station that comes with its own techs.
