Edit - I misread the intent of the below comment. It is not in conflict, but is confusing and could be reworded for clarity.

Suggest removing paragraph or changing to:
End Phase Heat Application: If a unit is Overheating (see p. 53), follow the steps for Cooling Down below. Deliberate Overheating is applied after the Cooling Down process.

ASCE v4.1 p52

End Phase Heat Application: With the exception of Deliberate
Overheating (see p. 53), any source that applies Heat during the End
Phase does so before Cooling Down occurs.

add a new paragraph after the first paragraph
"An entire unit's base must fit within any terrain restrictions. For example, if two enemy units are 1" from each other, an enemy unit may not move between them, as the 1 1/4" base will not fit between those two enemy units. This would break the stacking restrictions above.  If there is only 1" between two 3" high elevation changes, units cannot fit between the two at the ground level. This would break the movement rules for elevation changes and is prohibited terrain (see p34, Movement Cost Table for list of prohibited terrain for different unit types). Similarly, a unit must be legally able to cross all terrain its base occupies. A 'Mech can stand on a slope that is 2" high because 'Mechs can move across an elevation change of 2" per 2" traveled. A 'Mech cannot stand or move through where it's base occupies both a 0" elevation and a 3" elevation as a 3" elevation change is prohibited terrain for 'Mechs."

“The charging unit’s damage is based on its weight and the distance it traveled in the Movement Phase. The damage from a successful charge is equal to the number of inches moved, multiplied by the charging unit’s Size value, and divided by 8—rounding all fractions normally. Thus, a Size 3 unit charging 6 inches to its target would deliver 2 points of damage on a successful attack (6 [inches] x 3 [Size] ÷ 8 = 2.25, rounded normally to 2).”
Change to
“The charging unit’s damage is equal to its Size plus half its Target Movement Modifier (rounded down). Thus, a Size 3 unit with TMM 3 would deal 4 damage with a successful charge.”

Delete Special Physical Attack Damage Formulas table

“Damage to Attacker: If the Charge attack is successful, the attacking unit also suffers 1 point of damage if its target is Size 3 or
higher. This damage does not count as an attack by the target unit, which may attack normally during its Combat Phase.”

Change to
“Damage to Attacker: If the Charge attack is successful, the attacking unit also suffers half its Target Movement Modifier (rounded down) in damage, plus 1 point of damage if its target is Size 3 or higher.  This does not count as an attack by the target unit.”

The pre-release errata is up at the first post, with the intention of a formal release on 6 June.  This also synced up with the upcoming 5th printing, which is rare.

Note that only errata reported up through 7 May is included: anything after that missed the reprint cutoff point and will have to be pushed out to a hypothetical 6th printing.

replace last paragraph (omnimechs and battle armor) with
"The Night Gyr moves to a position within 4" of the battle armor, alongside the Grendel and Hellion that were already in position. Brian then wants to mount the battle armor on to the OmniMechs.  Brian cannot have the battle armor mount the Night Gyr, as it has already moved this turn. So the two battle armor each move in to base to base contact (up to 4" of MV) with the Grendel and Hellion and then pay 2" of MV to mount the OmniMech. Brian may then move the Grendel and Hellion, along with the mounted battle armor, if he chooses."
