People on Reddit are saying it's one of the Max Factory kits with a helluva lot of accessories added to it. Those are theoretically 1/72nd. https://www.goodsmile.info/en/product/5158

Someone found the modeler's blog, he also did a Dougram/Shadow Hawk with equally gorgeous detail.

Those are the 1/48 kits from the 80's, not the new ones. Love it.

Edit: Forgot they were re-released a decade or two ago.
