Intek Pulse Laser Rifle

A logical development of the parsimonious Intek Laser Rifle, Intek's Pulse Laser model again drops the power per shot but also limits the burst size to maximize efficiency.  Also like the original Intek, it has a roughly 30% increased range.  Impressively, Intek almost managed to match the legendary Mauser's range, if not its power.

And yes, 0.14 is the perfect TW damage to tack a 3-shot underbarrel grenade launcher (0.47) on to.  With 0.61 total damage, that would grant the weapon the Heavy Burst special (when used as a primary weapon) while minimizing the damage loss due to the rule change.  I'll probably call that one the Intek PL+...
