Rockjack Affiliation (50 XP + cost of primary affiliation)
Terra is not the only system with a population living outside of a planetary atmosphere. While the Sol Betler (Beltah) population is far and away the best known, other systems also have asteroid miners and such. Those outside the Sol system are generally known as "Rockjacks". GM approval is required to take a Rockjack affiliation. Like the ComStar/Word of Blake affiliation, the Rockjack module is added on to a base affiliation without halving XP values. It is not available to characters with an "Independent" affiliation ("Spacer" covering this angle for them).
