Fan Made TRO - Project NELSON.

A question regarding the Zhukov setting (the original one is here - https://bg.battletech.com/forums/fan-fiction/fan-xtro-project-zhukov/msg1563049/#msg1563049 ) would folks want to see more of this? I'm asking because these projects are a major investment in terms of time and money to get put together, and its a bit disheartening that its not discussed more and there's really not that much comment about it.

If you want to see more, tell me what Give me ideas, i've already got ideas for the 3rd book and have started on it, but depending on interest if I carry on with it.

Well that is an idea that I had set to low priority myself but it could work with the Zhukov setting:  Flexible Clan Invasion campaign book.
Allowing a group of players to re-enact the invasion with any number of Clans (ranging from one to all).
Feasibility Issues: will require a lot of new high quality maps and new game systems for combat & logistics

I was actually thinking about the Axion, Tachyon, and those other ASFs for that one design challenge.

As I said, there's not gonna be any society stuff, we've not looked that far ahead, and with various changes the Society as we know it might not even emerge.

I think its very interesting. I am a reader at heart. I would love to read field manual that would tie everything together.  A fan story tells the tale of these wonderful machines are being used in. Your TROs give hints of a story in a changed universe.

I'd sort of agree from a selfish point of view i love the TRO element as I can use those in my of AU like you did previously adding to the wealth of resources available

But something that ties them together and drives the story will make it more engaging.  There's been little fiction pieces but sometime that says we broke from Canon here and here we go! Is what would drive it forwards

I will be honest I love them but not being a clan player it hard for me to offer comments other then good job as I don't fully understand the the groups.  That being said I'm looking to move that way and well yes more please

Two minor nitpicks.

In Project Nelson when you give the description of the Clan Snow Raven Touman, your Circe Battle Star has a couple errors where the ships name is listed as it’s class (Sivallan - Bloodied Blade class Light Cruiser).

Two: the artwork being on the page after the description/stats is a bit confusing. I’m looking at the Jade Hawk on the left and reading about the Aecheron on the right. Just a formatting issue that I see could be confusing for someone who didn’t follow your progression in the project.

Just my two cents: very happy to add to my collection!
