Coming from a company running two Kickstarters right next to each other, with no way for folks to recover from the first before the second kicks off. If I spend early and often, that means nothing at all going towards Battletech.

So if these new vehicle units are offered in a similar manner as the 'Mech Force Packs, what would you like to see?

A pack of four with single units?

A pack of four in pairs?

A pack of four all the same?

Of course I'm making some assumptions (we have no idea what or how these will be presented)....but I'm hoping to be able to get the vehicle sets as pairs.

The way vehicle formations are built, I would think the packs would be pairs.

I hope the Mobile HQ is an exception to that. It's pretty rare for anyone to ever need more than one of those units they want one each for two different forces.

Why wouldn't you want one for each of your forces?

It's free initiative bonuses.


Jokes aside, a pack of two Mobile HQs and two Swift Winds would be enough command vehicles for one pack to satisfy all the force compositions you could want, plus one or two spare to trade, which is nice.

I just realized that the "MercBox" has a very good chance of having a thin rulebook that we can pair with the BMM (ala BA in the Clan Invasion Box).   It won't cover everything, but odds are between the BMM and the two supplemental, Total Warfare is going to be displaced from my kit.

If I had to guess at anything, it might cover rules for ground vehicles. Either that, or may include an introductory Chaos Campaign or the like.
