Well, my pair of Hammerheads arrived a day earlier than USPS was saying- makes my weekend easier- and I got a notice from CGL it was out for delivery.  So, props to CGL I know that had been a issue in the past so as far as keeping customers up to date on orders it is absolutely a improvement.

Hammerhead mini- comes with 2 legs, 2 arms, waits, torso/head, and base.  So very simple to assemble unlike previous others.  Not opening the baggie or posting pics b/c I am at work, but the only thing I can see that might be a bit off is both arm's forward outer armor panel seems to lack details in the center.  Definitely putting one together this weekend- maybe both- and now I can see which Clans are going to get these awesome mechs . . . not sure about Horse, Wolf or start a Fox trinary to go with the MWDA Tiburon.

Lucky, my order didn't even ship until yesterday.

Nope, just 6 pieces as I described plus base.  I am curious to see if we get a variant that has different arms since Cubby's post that had something mentioning that but it could have been In Character from the Foxes.  I will assemble it tonight, but this was the type of mini I was looking for after getting burned by all the complicated Phoenix/3067 minis- limited parts, easy to pose due to the ball joints (which is what it shows in art too) so the 2 will be easy to distinguish.

Is there a Fox unit that mimics sharks with their paint scheme, a white chest/belly and a blue/blue-green back, arms & legs?

Cubby said the arms would be compatible with other medium 'mechs, not that other arms would be included?

I never took it to mean other arms, rather that we might get a variant to the original Hammerhead that had a different arm.

IF they are going ball-socket for all premiums of that weight-class going forward . . . I will be honest, that arm is way wider/bigger than the new Classic Phoenix Hawk, Ice Ferret, or Blackjack as examples.  I can show pictures later of course.

Kinda sad that it doesn't come with extra legs, those look like they would have been perfect for kitbashing some Inquisitors. Ah well, at some point I just need to go on a major Scrapyard crawl to see what I can use to cobble them together.

Hey all, just a quick, informal, semi-official word (because we couldn’t get the official word in time to add to the announcement):

The bulk of our Wolf’s Dragoons stock is going to our European distribution hub, so they’ll be available for folks over there to order, once the hub opens. No ETA on that yet, but just letting folks know that it’s a reality, it’s being worked on, and we’re honestly trying to make sure we can take care of people as best we’re able.

Thanks.

That's great news about the European distribution hub, it means it's basically "around the corner".

This turn of events makes me very happy. I may yet be able to put the credit store I got for my kickstarter dice to good use.

Big thanks to CGL staff on making this happen.

Now, I gotta go back to "Debby Downer" mode - price for a 5 mech force pack has reached Games Workshop level of pricing. I can't say I am happy about that.

$7 for a mini, same was it was for the salvage boxes . . . yeah, it is up from the $5 for the KS but that is understandable with fuel, shipping, and what is happening with Chinese production.

Plus it is a low price to actually play a game with minis. You don't need more than 5

You'd be looking at nearly $100 for the closest pewter equivalent, given IWM's current prices.

Yeah, when you're in a location that has a healthy Battletech community. Try that somewhere where Battletech is non-existent as a wargaming franchise, with other franchises already established and the only way to buy BT merchandise is through international online orders.
