Tech Manual. Also, the table by itself is in the errata section of the main website.

"It's just that the Hegemony had one answer to every naval problem. 'I kills it with my battleships.'" - Liam's Ghost
"...finally, giant space panties don't seem so strange." - Whistler
"Damn you, Weirdo... Damn you for being right!" - Paul
"...I was this many years old when I found out that licking a touchscreen in excitement is a bad idea." - JadeHellbringer

My mistake, it's part of a general errata for BV. It's at the very end of this document.

I saved that table as a PDF on my phone: normally my group just runs 3/4 everything because were lazy but in case we want to do a longer balanced game we break it out.

But regardless good to know what book it’s in.

I set up a Google Sheets that would calculate it out when I put the base BV in to the 4/5 slot.  I also set up another that would calculate it for a group as well.

While I generally use SkunkWerks Force Balancer for most of this, the Google Sheet is for when I'm either not prepared or at the FLGS away from my computer.  I also set a link at the store's Discord for people to download and use on their phones.
