Pg. 7 and Pg 20 : Victor VTR-9K2 (St. James)

Problem: The design is illegal as it is 0.5 tons overweight using the patchwork armor rules. The TRO on page 7 lists it as 14.5 tons, whereas the weight of the armor is actually 15 tons.

(Note that I updated this as my calculation was wrong as well originally).
