Removing the SRM-4: 5, 2 hours base time, -10/+20 minutes per MOS/MOF
Installing the first Medium Laser: 5, 2 hours base time, -10/+20 minutes per MOS/MOF
Installing the second Medium Laser: 5, 2 hours base time, -10/+20 minutes per MOS/MOF, add the MOS/MOF from the previous roll to this one

Interesting..  taking Smoke scribbles and making Kat a meaner machine with less chance to go Boom..  of course Heat Management will be more of a challenge

But like you said once the Lt. is onboard then we need get Capt Harris and Techs onboard, we still have to shutdown Kat for # of day to get the work done.  It's the time that going to slow down the making conversion.

I finally got around to detailing the BMRV's load (10 tons) when it bailed out:
3 tons total of tools (includes two restocks for each kit, plus one extra Electronics)
2 tons total of food
0.5 ton MG ammo
0.5 ton Smoke LRM ammo
1 ton LRM ammo
1 ton AC/5 ammo
1 ton AC/2 ammo
1 ton of armor

Tool Kits:
Every vehicle/'mech has a Basic Tool Kit, to include the exoskeleton.
6 Deluxe Tool Kits (don't deplete)
Aerospace Repair Kit (for Jump Jets, but also handy for the Landing Craft)
Cutting/Joining Kit (1 use being consumed by the "hangar")
4 Electronics Repair Kits (9 total restocks)
2 Fusion Repair Kits
1 Myomer/Actuator Repair Kit
2 Vehicle Repair Kits
1 Weapon Repair Kit

Next up this weekend is the detailed salvage from the pirate Hermes and Flea (by armor points, actuators and other components)

Are you assuming Industrial salvage from tearing apart commercial items, buildings and structures?

Heavy industrial armor equals standard Plate armor / internal structure.

Not me, your break down list.

According to "history" Commerical Industrial Armor is Standard Plate and Standard Internal Structure.

Meaning from CityTech on, you can strip buildings and structures for materials in repairing units.

That has currently been not given in a tons per hour salvage rate.

But can be salvaged none the least...

Which should be double or tripled in repair rate per item salvaged.

The hangar is being built out of salvaged bits and pieces from the crashed DropShip.  The unit hasn't seen any structures apart from the OLF buried in the mountain.

Ok... available spares:

Ramjet took 5 points of damage on landing, and that was repaired the first day, out of the 16 points of armor stowed on the BMRV ) leaving 11.  The Marauder took more damage and hasn't been repaired yet.  The tentative plan is to move the Marauder to the OLF (in the Landing Craft's former cubicle, when conditions allow).

Pirate Hermes: both legs and the head destroyed;
2 points of internal damage to the RT (5IS/2A left);
5 points to the CT (10IS/6A, Medium Laser, Gyro (-1 hit), Engine (-1 hit, traded);
5 points to the LT (7IS/3A);
5 points to the RA (5IS/0A, Shoulder, UA/LA/Hand Actuators, Medium Laser);
LA (5IS/5A, Shoulder, UA/LA/Hand Actuators, Flamer)
Total Armor from the Hermes: 15

Pirate Flea: CT destroyed, RL and RA not salvaged, but Medium Laser from the RA WAS salvaged.
I'm working out what's left of the Head (in the rules forum).  The cockpit (at least) was damaged by the ejection.
RT (5IS/3A)
LT (5IS/8A)
LA (3IS/4A, Shoulder, UA Actuator, Medium Laser)
LL (4IS/4A, Hip, UL, LL and Foot Actuators)
Total Armor from the Flea: 19

Pirate Jeep: Front completely destroyed, leaving 15 points of armor and 3IS (AND the back rows of seats)

Total Armor from Salvage: 49, added to the 11 remaining from the bail out, that's 60 points

Damage taken:
15 to the Huncback
16 to the Vulcan
10 to the APC
5 to Fury's Jeep

46 total points, and Fury's jeep is SUPER simple to repair by taking the turtleback from the deployed jeep and installing it.  Call it half time to repair that.  That would leave enough time to pull the back seats out of the destroyed jeep and install them too for no time penalty overall.

There's also armor on the Landing Craft and Saber hulk that can be scavenged if it comes to it.

Also, I have relented on the full ton of MG ammo on the 'mechs that have it (Vulcan, Firestarter/Mirage, and Stinger).  The Vulcan and Stinger each get another half ton of armor (they came to Astrokaszy with it), and the Mirage (which has max armor to start) gets a Recon Camera (thus explaining why Bianchi is so popular for missions).
