Rule Levels

A few months ago, there was a post asking about Introductory Vs Standard Rules levels. The Lead Developer that responded said that they are in the process of overhauling them. Is there an eta on when that will happen, or any type of update?

That's aimed for the core line revision.  The last mention we had of that was that it's something intended to be done, but nowhere near nailed down beyond that, so you're definitely looking at well more than a year out for certain.  Beyond that it's too early to tell.
