PDF (Planetary Defense Force) and Garrisons for any planet in Non-Canon

Hi,

In the Mechwarrior game I run I was forced to comeup with a way to come up with the defending forces on a random planet. Since I had to do this for myself I decided to share so you won't have to do the work.
It was recommended that I place my PDF (Planetary Defense Force) document in Non-Canon units.
It is intended to be used by beginning and veteran GM for a RPG campaign or for creative scenarios for unit games.

So take a look and see if it will help you in your games

As I said on the RPG forum I just don't have the time to learn how to navigate the system. I have a way to much on my plate. I am supposed to paint 300 some Swedes for Breitenfeld by October. I am way behind.
