I don't know about you, but I'm ready to dust off the old 'Fire Vance Joseph' t-shirt. I know it's only been two games, but I've seen enough of this defense.

You're telling me. I grabbed them this week because of a suspect Washington O-line that let the Cardinals sack their QB like 5 times only to give me -1 points. Luckily my opponent went with the Giants' defense which managed twice as much.

he'll probably try to rehab but he'll have that sad end of career with 1.1 yards per carry. frank gore was a marvel and we didn't appreciate him enough.

Were you getting 1.1 yards per carry from? I was just listening to ESPN and they were talking about Chubb is the only back to average 5 yards per carry over a 5 year period (or something to that effect, my numbers may be off). Point is, they were amazed at his production and lamenting his loss.

Frank Gore’s career is underrated, particularly when you remember that he started his NFL career after twice tearing his ACL at UM.

It's a bucket full of sorrow and cringe to see someone try to come back and be only a shadow of their former talent.

Not my team but reading about CLE and Hunt pairing again, I saw the two things on Da Bears. One, the DC resigns two weeks into the campaign (WTF?) and they released their #2 QB, keeping only a guy who was the Break Glass guy last year?

any Bears Fans with insight?

giants look like they're ready to offer some stiff competition for the first overall draft pick. edge still goes to the cardinals as they hold the tiebreaker. but watch out for the steelers, who look totally hapless on offense

Note: If you haven't watched the Nick Chubb film, there's two angles- one from the broadcast booth that just looks bad, and one from the far sideline- that's the one Aikman even said they didn't want to show on TV. It's out there on the internet, and I can tell you after seeing it: DO NOT. That is Theismann levels of awful to watch.

My dad was no saint, but he and I watched Theismann live, and he had the good sense to turn the channel for 15 minutes.  "You don't want to see that again, boy" or something like that.

I remember see-ing both the Theismann and Alex Smith injuries live on television. Chubb didn't suffer a broken bone but its still gruesome to see.

Niners, Rams, two against the Eagles, Bills, and Dolphins will probably decide if they get the #1 seed or not. Four are road games.

The nice thing to all this in Denver is that we don't need to make new signs and memes, we can just re-use all he old "FIRE VANCE JOSEPH" stuff we kept feom a few years ago. Recycling is important.

Sarcasm Seconded.

But the Lions took away the old best actual insult by becoming legitimately good.  We used to joke that our vacuum cleaner was broken but we put a Lions bumper sticker on it and now it sucks again.  Can't make that joke anymore.

Okay how did they put 70 points on a professional football team???
