I've been recommending Tanker Smocks for a while now as a cheap way to get to Divisor 2 armor, and it struck me: why should tankers have all the fun? Infantry troops don't need the cooling system, so I replaced that with Load Bearing kit (which is much lighter). To balance it out a bit, I threw in the patching restriction of Ballistic Plate (basically, if a BAR value is reduced by half, you have to buy a new plate). I figure any faction capable of manufacturing Tanker Smocks can make IPCs too. I suppose some would call this a "third chance vest".
