(Answered) Can a mech on the roof shoot the floor below it?

If a 50 ton mech is on a roof of a CF 80 level 4 building can it shoot the floor below it as if it was an adjacent hex?

No. You cannot fire weapons on anything within your own hex, unless you're infantry.
