The admin staff here on the forums have made a few edits to the rules, which have gone live and can now be found at the usual link:

Most of the edits are cleaning up and clarifying existing rules, but I do want to point out Rule #8 (previously the 'no unseen' rule), which discusses systemic threadjacks and such. Posts that take a bit of a tangent happen, we all do it, I'd even say I'm bad about it sometimes myself- this is more in regards to dealing with it when it becomes a constant problem rather than picking on individual posts, but please do be aware of it.
