I know that mech can sprint in Alpha Strike (just avoid the skid) but can vehicles sprint as well (1.5xspeed)?

Sprinting in Alpha Strike does not cause a skid.  Any ground unit may use sprint movement.  (ASCE p38 or AS p63).
