I think it has a lot of potential, though of course a lot about it is still pretty crude. And it costs 10 bucks right now, so you can´t do much wrong buying it.

There´s a free demo on Steam, too. It only includes instant action, though.

For the merc management part, expect something that´s better than MW2 Mercs (or at least better than I remember it), but nowhere near as good as MekHQ or the HBS game.

I think it aspires to MW2 Mercs and MW4's Merc expansion.
