Love the work. :) But is there anything like GeoHex available anymore? I miss that stuff.
The Clans can be beaten. On the tabletop, anyway.  (Posted as Rush Maguin on the MWO forums)

The hexed matts are still in production . The rights to produce the matts
were purchased by Monday Knight Productions .

Check here :  http://www.mondayknight.com/Mats/Flocked.html
For now if you want any 3D terrain you have to make it yourself as Jeffrey and
I have .
A seller on Ebay has started to sell newly manufactured and properly copyrighted
Geo-Hex terrain but so far it's just the non-hexed stuff .
No official word has been released yet as to if he will resume making the hexed stuff .
 ( Geo-Hex Battlescape )
He's recently retired from his full time work and has said he wants to
make more terrain so if enough people ask for it he may start
making Battlescape again .
I made a bunch more of my own hexed based terrain over the winter and I wanted to make a
pic thread about it but I've got to much going on right now .
I finished a bunch more hills and modified some JR miniatures 6mm river terrain to work
with 1.5 inch Geo-Hex Battlescape .
I planned on a how-to  produce the stuff post when I can but real life
is keeping me busy .  ( As in children , work ,and family illnesses )

The seller you speak of, is the original owner of Geo-Hex. I actually reached out to him because I used to know the original seller. I asked him specific questions only he would remember from our dealings 20 years ago (yes it was a long shot) and he remembered...so turned out to actually be him. You are correct, he did recently retire, and he plans on making "Battlescape" again...but his guy that did the hex layouts & printing...doesn't want to pick it back up so he's a little stuck with just "Gamescape" until he can find another hex guy.

Thanks . That confirms what I had thought .
I have developed my own method for adding hexes to terrain on
a large scale .
To bad I'm on the other side of the country from the seller .

I'm considering buying some of his standard Geo-Hex terrain sometime and experimenting
with hexing it .
I'd have to pick out something that I had a good picture or sample of the original
to match the pattern correctly .

I'd have more interest in going for it but I just finished a big batch of hills
over the winter and the local I played with the most is moving away .
I gotta find a new gaming group .   :(

Move to Kenosha Wisconsin...we need more players! LOL

There's several shops in the area, 1 of which plays BT...but I hate that they charge $20 a month to play (plus most of the people there are not, well...pleasant in many regards including the owner). The shop I frequent has been asking me to run some games, but I took ~22 years off, and am rusty on the rules...sadly. I found a guy that plays (we play every so often, and he's good) and does a great job of GM'ing so we've talked about getting together at the shop & running some games to get more people playing, but it's never come to fruition.
