XTRO - Royal Fantasy - Moving into/through walls
« on: 16 June 2018, 16:37:53 »
Since Royal Fantasy is the most recent product detailing the major arenas of Solaris, I guess that's the heading this should go under? :)

In the section detailing the various arenas of Solaris, many of the arenas featuring interior walls describe these as impassable until they are destroyed, such as The Factory, Hartford Gardens, and so forth.

However, some others are not explicitly described as impassable. Since these walls or obstructions are given CF values, can units move into or through them in the manner of regular buildings(Total War page 167)?

The specific structures I'm asking about are the mobile walls and pylons of Steiner Stadium(XTRO: RF page 33), the post-Jihad wreckage in The Jungle(page 32), and the 65-CF random obstructions in The Scrapyard(page 37).

In either case, is it also possible for a unit to climb up any of these obstructions(or the impassable ones) in the same manner as walking up a hill, provided the unit in question is already allowed to move up a slope of that height normally?

(As an example, if a mech fighting in The Scrapyard finds itself blocked in by walls and random obstructions, could it simply move on top of a wall in the same way as climbing any other Level 2 hill?)

Thanks!
