(Answered) Ramming and Booby traps
« on: 28 February 2011, 21:50:58 »
I can't find an answer, If I have a unit with a "Booby Trap" physically charge and ram an opposing unit, do I keep both damage types (ramming and booby trap going off) or do I only get one or the other?

Saying that because the equipment isn't up-to-the-minute, bleeding-edge tech therefore not a threat is like saying an M2 Browning isn't dangerous to modern infantry because it is 100 years old.

A charge attack is declared in the movement phase so it is always resolved first, during the physical attack phase.

If the unit survives the charge and the booby trap did not take a critical hit, then the controlling player can set it off.
