(Answered) ATMs and other Missile Launchers

The Clan ATM system is noted as having Artemis IV in-built. Just to clarify, does this mean any other missile launcher on an ATM-equipped 'Mech must have Artemis IV?

Further, does having an ATM preclude the use of Artemis V on other missile launchers?

No, if you have ATMs mounted, your other missile launchers do not require SRMs.

We have official designs mounting SRMs and ATMs (Night Gyr E for example) without any Artemis on the SRM launcher.

Which is why I asked the question; after Herb's ruling that if Artemis is present on any missile launcher for a given design, it must be added to all missile launchers capable of having it.

The Night Gyr E pre-dates that ruling.

If Artemis is added to a design as Artemis. ATM does not apply
