Are the bloodnamed that are listed as exclusive and shared per clan the only heritages that survived at all or just the ones used?

I don't believe so.

These lists indicate major Bloodname heritages that are held in exclusivity by various Inner
Sphere Clans as of 3085. There are many others not listed; such Bloodnames are considered to be
of minor usage or remain dormant within the eugenics program.

For example, Trovic Nilloba comes from a heritage not on that list. He comes from the MWDA Falcon's Prey expansion, and the pertinent information follows...

There's never been an exact count on how many Bloodnames are active versus those dormant or entirely extinct at any given period. We can make some broad assumptions, but that's about it.
