Defect reporting for plastic miniatures
« on: 21 July 2019, 21:36:45 »
A while ago I remember there was a thread or a link or something for reporting miniatures missing pieces or damaged in the CGL boxed sets. Is that still a thing? I have a thunderbolt missing a PPC, and I can’t for the life of me find the old thread.

Though it's normal for a Thunderbolt to miss a PPC - unless it's the 5SS variant - I believe you're looking for this link: :)

That looks like it was setup for the older boxsets. Not the current ones.

Yeah, looks like. I'm madly digging around for something I can glue on, but it needs to suit the miniature... life is hard  :-\

You can try to email them at customerservice@catalystgamelabs.com. I heard it can take a few days to a few weeks to get a reply or replacement.

Sending them an email now is probably your best bet, but at the height of con session like this, plus the kickstarter going on? It WILL take them a while to get back to you.

Weirdo I have sent 3 separate emails about my locust being defective and have not gotten a single reply to fix it.  I’ve even sent pictures.  I’ve just decided to take it as is and try and fix it.  It’s not like it will keep me from buying more .

I'm hoping to hear back sooner or later -- I bought a GoAC box at my FLGS recently, and the BattleMaster mini was missing its left arm...

Someone posted a picture of a Battlemaster on FB recently with a 2nd left arm on its hip...

Check your spam filter, CGL’s customer service replies sometimes go there.
