Initial PDF release, page 1, first paragraph, second sentence:

Quote
While amenable to our future pans...

replace pans with plans.

(Though I'm sure Ferro-Fibrous armor makes great skillets.) O:-)

Be the Loremaster:

Battletech transport rules take a very feline approach to moving troops in a combat zone: If they fits, they ships.

You bought the box set and are ready to expand your BT experience. Now what? (Thanks Sartis!)

In the initial PDF release, in the closing paragraph on page 30, the Port Moseby planetary militia is listed as being located at Republic. Page 30 gives detail on two planets - Freedom and Port Moseby - and one of the continents on Freedom is named Republic, and is the location of the Freedom planetary militia. There is no continent named Republic on Port Moseby, nor is a city by that name mentioned.

I suspect this means that the location of the Port Moseby planetary militia has been copy and pasted across from that of the Freedom planetary militia without being updated, and should perhaps read Aberrant instead, as Aberrant is listed as the continent on which the Port Moseby capital city of Feintuch is located.

It's more interesting than optimal, and therefore better. O0 - Weirdo

Aberrant is correct.

Initial PDF release, Page 22:

ISSUE: Donegal's continents are listed as Dunellan, Hinterlands and Lockenar. According to Handbook: House Steiner, Donegal also has a continent named Seattle which is home to the University of Washington on Donegal.

SOLUTION: Amend the entry to read "Dunellan, Hinterlands, Seattle and Lockenar"

GM never manufactured the Devastator. Replace GM with NAIS.

The Seattle continent dates back to the OG House Steiner book, p. 128.  However, that same source (p. 164) states only three continents, and that count is corroborated by FedCom Civil War p. 197, and the above-mentioned HB House Steiner p. 84.

Lockenar is referenced several times in various sources, as is Hinterlands. Dunellan however is only referenced twice outside Objectives: Lyran Alliance; once in HB House Steiner, and again in the acknowledged in-universe forgery of Pearl's Ghost.

Solution: Replace Dunellan with Seattle in this source and HBHS p. 84

ANOTHER ISSUE
O:LA still lists Marsdenville as the planetary capital, however this city was destroyed in the WoB bombardment in March 3068 (per Other Perspectives, Dawn of the Jihad pp. 47-48, Touring the Stars p. 55). It is unclear when the Hinterlands based New Marsdenville (Touring the Stars p. 55, The Weight of a Name) was constructed but as Donegal was freed from WoB in early 3072 (Total Chaos) it seems reasonable that when O:LA was written in 3080 a new capital would have been established already.
Solution: Update and relocate capital city if applicable.
