(Answered) 48th Shadow Division special ability

According to the special rules for the 48th Shadow Division in Jihad Secrets : The Blake Documents the whole division has Stealth Armor for their " buff ". My question is this; does this bonus Stealth Armor effect cancel " live " 48th SD c3i networks while active? The rules in Total Warfare say the ECM in a Stealth Armor system cancels the c3i but what about the " buff " Stealth ( no ECM )? My apologies for not having page #'s for either book ( my books are across town - not within easy reach. ) Respectfully, Ryumyo

Apologies this has sat unanswered so long.

This ability is not a technical ability. It represents their skill in using terrain, movement and other things to make themselves harder to hit. As a non-technology solution it does not interfere with any technology such as C3i.
