How exactly is this calculated?
Page 196 gives it a " - " for its Item BV (not a 0 oddly) and the Special column states "-2 piloting, -1 Gunnery for BV skill modifier."
Page 189 states "Multiply the unit's Battle Value by 1.4 to reflect the MW's improved Piloting and Gunnery Skills."
So do you just adjust the skills and use the new ones? Or do you just multiply by a fixed value?
Does this count as a torso cockpit for the sake of BV modification? (page 70 of IO calls it a torso-mounted cockpit repeatedly)
