latest eBay find (https://imgur.com/a/wHjj3Nu)
Images are too big to upload right now, and taken with phone so lot the best quality, but with some work and a fresh coat of paint, I think I can make this work.

How will you explain the 6-meter tall skeletons lying on the ground? ;)

Oh, you mean the damaged power-loaders?
Look, if you damn Mech Jocks aren't going to look where you're going...

I jest: actually got my first rotary tool (it was on sale so I took the plunge), and it's making short work of the parts I want rid of. Will post more photos later.

Could be interesting I look forward to it

Nice find! I too look forward to seeing what you do with it!

Rotary tools are awesome for working on minis, between cutting, grinding, sanding, and drilling, oh, and the little wire wheel thingy is really handy for stripping paint.
Can't wait to see what you come up with.

What's a "Nubian"?
Who guesses the reference, gets a virtual cookie.

How do you manage to get away with this all the time? I mean, shouldn't the cops be busting your head open right about now?

Wait, was that his answer to that? I vaguely remember the scene.

That was Holden's answer, followed by Hooper explaining that it was all an act, cleared with the venue in advance, intended to sell his "image" .
-
Heh. If they wrote that nowadays, Holden would probably have to repeat his question at that point.

Okay, so getting back on-topic:
I have managed to grind down most of the parts that needed it, and removed a few unwanted clips. Also managed to aquire three working cranes in a job-lot of micromachines parts off eBay. Next task will be deciding which one/ones to use and where to fit them.
Unfortunately, won't be able to take it much further right now, as all my model making gear is packed away while we rearrange the house.
