Showcasing my Battletech 3d gaming table
« on: 26 November 2020, 12:04:26 »
Hi, fellow mechwarriors.

I've been working on my table for some time, and since the kickstarter was delivered, I had been eager to take some more pics of my gaming surface with the new plastic clan miniatures.

This time, I decided to record myself setting up the table, and upload the timelapse (plus some pics) to youtube. Recording how the table grows as more and more scenery is put on the table is something I always wanted to do.

I've only used two of my six mats in the video, but even I doubt I'll get to print and paint enough buildings to play battletech in a densely populated 6 square meter surface

I like how the hexes are still in there, but understated

Wow, that looks awesome.  I only just got started in printing some buildings myself.  Yours look really nice, would you ever consider making the files available and/or selling them?

Hexes are so blend in, but visible at the same time. Nice work. I don't think I can see two identical buildings. Is really every one unique?

Very fun. I'm trying to create some maps to do a similar thing! Mind if I snag some of the idea?

That's a really cool table. Nice density of terrain.
