unable to update date/time

When I try to update my local time to end daylight saving I get an "unable to handle this request" error.

My screen just goes a blank white below the bookmark toolbar after I hit auto detect and change profile.
Microsoft windows 10 with Firefox 124.0.2 (64-bit).
