Battletech Source Material
« on: 16 November 2017, 15:11:27 »
Hi All, I have a huge collection of out-of-print FASA and FanPro RPG material in PDF. I am however missing some items to complete this collection.

FASA; missing RS:
1647 - v1 Light Mechs
1648 - v2 Medium Mechs
1649 - v3 Heavy Mechs
1650 - v4 Assault Mechs
1667 - v5 Vehicles
1668 - v6 3055
1694 - RS 3055 & 3058
1708 - RS 3060
1728 - RS Upgrades

FASA; missing Misc:
1625 - Reinforcements
1636 - Reinforcements II

FanPro; missing RS:
10971 - RS 3067
10973 - RS Aerotech 2

FanPro; missing Misc:
35011 - Aerotech 2 Revised
35028 - Mercenaries Supplemental Update

I also have every novel chronologically from "The Sword and the Dagger" to "Endgame" (63 total)

Does anyone have any suggestions how to obtain the missing out-of-print items to complete my FASA and FanPro collection?

This Battletech thing is so exciting I just couldn't give it up. It just gets in your blood or something; I don't know.

There is a game store near me that has the AeroTech books you are missing. I can take a look if I swing by there this week.

In order to do the job, you get the job done. That does not mean you have to be the one to do it.

Hi DanghenWoolf, I appreciate that a lot. If you want to see how much they are and get back to me that would be great.

Reinforcements and Reinforcements 2 took a while for me to get complete, unpunched copies. You just have to wait out someone to put one up on eBay

At least you’re not looking for the 3025 House Marik book or the original Kell Hounds. What you’re looking for isn’t super common, but at least when they pop up they won’t totally break the bank

As mentioned, check out the buy and sell group on Facebook. Sometimes people have copies of things they’re willing to part with.

You bought the box set and are ready to expand your bt experience. Now what? | Modern Sourcebook Index | FASA Sourcebook Index | Print on Demand Index
Equipment Reference Cards | DIY Pilot Cards | PaperTech Mech and Vehicle Counters

Quick reminder: We don't allow sales or trading on the open forums.

I only mention it because... well, that seems to be what's going on here, so please take it to PM.

In fact, what the heck, this seems like as good a time as any to post a link to the forum rules as a friendly reminder:

My bad everyone. Moving forward, I will tread lightly and not break any more forum rules.

Mistakes happen, not a problem. For what it's worth, there used to be trading allowed here, and unfortunately some folks ruined it for everyone else (this predated my being on these forums even, so we're talking early-2000s). It's unfortunate, but the result is that we take a hard line on it to avoid being held accountable for deals that go badly (and thus Catalyst being held accountable).
