Vehicle C3 Masters

This question came up in our last table top session and a quick look at TW did not give a easy answer . . .

The Schilitron like several other vehicles has a C3 Master located in the body of the vehicle.  How do you determine the arc of the TAG that C3 Master provides since 'body' is not a arc?

I vaguely recall this being asked in rules questions and the answer being the front arc.

are there any other pieces of equipment that can be body-mounted but possess a firing arc or is this special case?

Its the only canon one I can think of . . . but I am not up on cameras and remote sensor dispensors.
