So, asking for a friend.

Do we know of any specific Clusters/Galaxies that were involved in Trials of Possession for ProtoMechs on Huntress?

Clan Coyote: 50th Assault Cluster and 55th Reserve Strike Cluster, Epsilon Galaxy

Clan Goliath Scorpion: 35th Scorpion Cuirassiers (maybe)

Clan Hell's Horses: Delta Galaxy

Clan Ice Hellion: Delta Galaxy

All Clan totems are equal but some are more equal than others.

Morally subversive, economically destructive, socially degrading, confused in their causes, devious in their course, futile in their results, they are the outstanding example in Spheroid history of meaningless conflict."

Obviously the blood spirits went all in on Protos but did they get the tech directly from huntress?

Not sure where the exact details are written - if at all - but yes, the Spirits like everybody else seem to have taken the tech directly from Huntress. Only the Jaguars had the technology and scientific expertise beforehand so it's doubtful there was even another source to raid it from and few if any Clans at that time would be willing to trade brand new and potentially war-winning tech with another.
