I have to speak up for my 10th Marik Militia as one of the most effective FWLM regiments. They're a heavy regiment that basically handled two Defenders regiments for weeks until relieved on Xanthe III, rebuilt and participated in the final campaign on Andurien itself, and during GUERRERO led the charge against the Republican Guards.
They're also moralistic, refusing orders to teach League citizens on the Periphery border a lesson during the Jihad and instead establishing themselves as the defenders of Kendall and it's important Orion factory.
They are also, notably, one of only two Marik Militia regiments that has an authorized variant color scheme -- FM:FWL notes that they are allowed to omit the blue stripe due to the long centuries of successful service.
