*Apply only if the unit is infantry or has neither of the following: TSEMP (TSEMP-O does not count) and a Damage Value in any range bracket higher than 0.
What does this exactly mean?
The reason for this is that the
Owens-1G PV value is showing funny on a calculator that we are building. We have a feeling it has to do with this rule, since it is a 0 0 0 TSEMP unit with no jump.
Our PV we have gotten is 30, versus the 34 on MUL.
