Preparations for Victory
With a limited population the Clans realized that not only would they have to fill their Sibkos to bursting, but that even that wouldn’t be enough to conquer the Inner Sphere before they could do the same to the Homeworlds. Thus, new populations needed to be acquired leading to the invasion and occupation of the Hanseatic League and Chainelaine Isles.

With a detente between the six remaining Clans, they reconfigured and consolidated their industries standardizing on only four engine sizes (300, 270, 240, and 180) and slightly more than a dozen designs which would constitute the hyper majority of those deployed after 3030. Light piloted mechs were completely obsoleted in favor of heavier, more survivable, and capable designs. Their role was given over to drones either in mech or vehicle form.

The mech designs chosen were complemented by S-Class robotic quadruped mechs were chosen to complement these designs with every Trinary operating a Star, mostly as spotters and fire support. Three-ton pods of Comm Gear are required to issue new orders to a robot and a Conjurer or Hellbringer are typically assigned to command duty. Elementals were recruited and trained to operate as Supernovas within the Command Trinary of a Cluster.

Despite hesitance to accept it the Clans knew that without conventional assets victory in the Inner Sphere was beyond their grasp. Despite having a higher-than-average population of possible MechWarriors the training required to realize their deployment and the additional assets required to generate more omni-mechs for them to pilot was deemed wasteful. Not wanting to compete with their chosen mech designs it was instead suggested that vehicles utilize 240 and 180 engines.

C-class omni-vehicles max out at 80 tons with the Carnivore Heavy Tank, 60-ton Chimera Main Battle Tank, and the 40-ton Cuirass Medium Tank. Additionally, the Castellon Command Vehicle, a slower but better equipped version of the Hi Scouts brought by the Dragoons, would operate the M-class drone Star assigned to a vehicle Trinary with two deployed per 8 drones under their control. One vehicle Star per Galaxy is typically commanded by an Elemental.

The 30-ton Mastiff Light Multirole, 45-ton Myrmidon Medium Tank, and 60-ton Marduk Artillery Carrier M-class drones are simple designs that like their S-class counterparts serve as assault and fire support in unison with their Trinary. All designs use a 180 rated fuel cell engine and since they are drones are incapable of independent action.

While these designs constitute 85% of the vehicles deployed there are also specialist units such as Marksman, Thumper, and Long Tom Self-Propelled Howitzers, Aesir Short Range Anti-Air, Asshur Artillery Spotters, Svantovit hover IFVs, Scout Cars, and various helicopters such as the Anhur transport and Donar gunship.

Clan Infantry elements are bifurcated between those of the Elemental Phenotype (up to the 2nd Generation) and freeborn normal phenotypes.

Elementals are equipped with heavy power armor, operate in five-man Points, and serve as a close assault unit for omni-mechs or vehicles. In this role they are utterly devoted to the annihilation of opposing infantry and hostile mechs. Due to the riskiness of their role most Elementals don’t live or stay in the Touman (due to injury) long enough to serve in command roles. Elemental Commanders are more common in the Occupation Clusters than they are in Standard ones as it is not a popular posting for Mechwarriors.

Due to the expense of training and maintaining these formations Elementals are limited in number compared to those of the normal phenotype. Non-Elemental infantry are raised from the freeborn populations of the Clans and operate in 5-man Fire-Teams gathered into 25-man Points. Each Cluster maintains at least a Star of Mechanized Infantry with 2 per Galaxy having an extra Star. The first Infantry Star almost always operates with or alongside artillery or fire support units. The second Infantry Star is a specialist unit, either Airborne Attack Nova or Bastion.

Standard Clan Infantry Star
2 Motorized or Hover Mechanized Reconnaissance Points (equipped with Mauser IICs and TAGs)
3 Mechanized (Wheeled) Points equipped with support weapons

Airborne Attack Nova
5 Anhur Transports carrying
5 Points of Jump (Mauser IIC) or Airborne Light Infantry (Pulse Laser Rifles and SRM launchers) supported by 5 Donar Helicopter Gunships

Clan Bastion Star
3 Mechanized (Tracked) Support PPC or Field Gun Points
2 Mechanized Clan Combat Engineering Stars

All Clans respect the Aerospace realm as a major contributor to their combat firepower due to the Nova Fox and Mongoose Clans taking and holding assets through their exceptional abilities. However, due to difficultly and time needed to train good fighter pilots each cluster has only 20 fighter-craft assigned to its command. Additional Aerospace fighters from orbiting dropships or warships can be tasked to ground support operations but are mostly reserved for air superiority and interdiction work.

The Goth and its more modern contemporary the Visigoth are the standard fighters in use with the Goth serving as Ground Support and the Visigoth Multirole Fighter duty. On the higher end the Kirghiz, Jenghiz, and Sabutai are all equally capable of shredding enemy dropships while the lower end has the Ammon, Batu, and Issus which are tasked with hunting down conventional fighters and gunships. Clan Warships use a mix of Heavy and Light fighters with most of their Clusters operating the Goth or Visigoth exclusively. Gunships like in the Inner Sphere carry Marines and are used for patrol and interdiction operations.

Although their dropships are the principal supply units for a Cluster cargo shuttles such as the K-1 or Assault Transports such as the Ares VII are also used to transport ether supplies or reinforcements to a Cluster either from orbit or across a planet. INTER-LOGI logistics hubs are established in remote areas if a battle is still ongoing or moved to the main occupation center when it is won.

INTEL-STAR or ‘I STAR’ (Intelligence, Strategy, Tactics, Analysis, and Reconnaissance)
Reformed in the 30th Century INTEL-S.T.A.R. is the Clan’s Central Intelligence Agency reporting directly to the Loremaster of the Clans, Ebon Keshik, and ilKhan. Due to the nature of their work any INTELSTAR operatives must leave behind their former Clan identity. Clan Star Adder and Clan Mongoose maintain a bitter rivalry on who should run INTEL-S.T.A.R. that sometimes comes to blows in the Council Chambers, but if any of their Clansmen join their ranks they are forced to cooperate for the good of the whole. Due to this rivalry the Chief Director of INTEL-S.T.A.R. is frequently from either Nova Fox or Ghost Bear with the Steel Vipers being seen as to zealous and the Hell’s Horses to chummy with the other Clans.

Most members of INTEL-S.T.A.R. are drawn from the Technician, Merchant, or Scientist Caste with only a smattering of Warriors at the ‘sharp end’ serving in paramilitary units or as security for INTEL-S.T.A.R. operations. As such it has gained a reputation as ‘to academic and soft’ by some or a ‘breeding ground for dissent’ by others. However, the nature of their work provides no individual glory and should pass without record except for the reports issued.

INTELSTAR has however not completely replaced the Clan Watches which still report to their Clan Loremaster and are used as recon or special operations troops for 'dishonorable' missions.

INTER-LOGI or ‘Logi’ (Interconnected Logistics)
Formed from the Clan Homeworld’s Free Guilds LOGI (or Low Guy) are two units, first they are a dedicated group of jumpships that ply the Exodus Road and between the Hanseatic League and Chainelaine Isles. These vessels are escorted (and controlled indirectly) by Warriors. Among their number are some mercenary Jarnfolk who run routes to isolated listening outposts. Many of them are Hanseatic League vessels whose crews are under constant monitoring by their Clan Administrators and ‘Guardians.’

Secondly INTER-LOGI is responsible for setting up, breaking down, and operating the factories and more complex repair assets the Clans brought from their Homeworlds. Agricorp and other Chainelaine or Hanseatic corporations operate under INTER-LOGI administration to ensure they are operating ‘properly.’

Chainelaine Assets
Vannes – The Castle Brian known as Castle Vannes has been repurposed for armored vehicle production churning out hordes of C and M class vehicles.

Syrstart – Possesses numerous asteroids rich in Germanium, serves as the baseworld for a Newgrange Yardship. Also served as the baseworld for the CGB Leviathan while it was in residence.

Rondane – Agricultural supplies, local volunteers serve as members of INTELSTAR and regional security for INTER-LOGI as gratitude for the Clan’s support of their world.

Paran – Agricultural supplies, some Star League Expeditionary Brigade descendants joined after confirming the Clans’ origin, but most serve in regional security or INTER-LOGI.

Ingvolstand – Industrial superpower manufacturing all manner of consumables and equipment for the Clans. It retains a sizable garrison of Steel Vipers under (former Jade Falcon) Star Colonel Nekane Hazen, who killed the former Queen Moira Richleau in a duel before taking her title and crown.

Irdmach – Agricultural supplies

Fredotto – Infantry weapon, armor, and other gear production, major transfer station for incoming Exodus Road deliveries as the former RWA bunkers have been maintained in a good condition. An Olympus class space station is being built at both jump points.

Far Reach – Serves as the administrative center of the Chainelaine Islands, INTEL-S.T.A.R. and INTER-LOGI are both based in its shallow underwater cities. Clan Star Adder has also ‘given’ it an M-9 ‘Pavise’ CASPAR SDS and multiple M-10 ‘Charybdis’ dropships to protect the crucial personnel and supplies the world possesses. Provides many strategic materials including Hargel and skilled personnel.

Brekke – As part of the Chaine Cluster Brekke possessed a small jumpship service facility. This facility was replaced by a new larger one for jumpship maintenance.

Clan Nova Fox and the Hansa
Ordered to prepare the way for REVIVAL Khan Camille Devereaux of the Nova Foxes handily defeated the Hanseatic Defense Force to take control of the Hanseatic League from its Council of Merchants and Convoy Protection Force. Her Flagship (a Conqueror class Carrier) the SLS Sandra Rosse has remained around Bremen since then, reminding the Hanseatic Council of Merchants who is really in charge. She was also the first to establish INTER-LOGI and INTEL-S.T.A.R. divisions on the capital world and connected it to an HPG relay leading back to the  home-worlds.

Due to the untrustworthy and backbiting nature of Hansa politics she frequently returns to the territory

REVIVAL Battleplan
Establish supply and manufacturing points within the Chainelaine Isles and Hanseatic League, the Clans invaded and occupied these worlds in 3050. Then put the local populations to work providing materiel for their war with the Inner Sphere.

All Clans serve alongside one another as part of the Touman having trained alongside one another on the same equipment. Their Warships are held in reserve as mobile repair and supply depots reducing the logistical footprint of each independent Cluster. They have enough for maintenance and some battle repair but anything that has taken serious damage is passed back to the depot during their resupply run.

Each Cluster is meant to operate as an organic unit with its own limited supply corps and headquarters. The Star Colonel will form battleplans based on intelligence gathered by interviews, signals, and interrogations with his subordinate Star Captains and an integral INTEL-STAR team while their Coregn will oversee logistics, administration, and medical care through the INTER-LOGI team. Each unit’s Star Commanders is responsible for overseeing their unit’s technical teams to ensure the unit remains operational and anything damaged beyond field repair status is returned to the nearby Fleet depot.

The plan calls for a complete conquest of the Lyran Commonwealth all the way from Main Street to Here. Clan Warriors have already received practical combat experience taking over the Hanseatic League, Chainelaine Islands, and overthrowing the Oberon Confederation and Rim Territories.

Fleet Logistics
The Clans' Touman is a highly expeditionary unit, as such they operate their warships in a manner similar to their SLDF ancestors. However, since they are operating so far away from their logistical bases in contested terrain the cavernous cargo bays of their Volga II Armored Transport vessels have been filled with factory modules capable of assembling spare weapons, parts, ammunition, and other equipment provided they have regular resupply of raw materials from their occupied territories (one of which is capable of making a new ERPPC or Gauss Rifle omni-pod or almost 11 tons of LRM ammo every 28 hours if operating at full tilt). The Carrack Armored Transports serve as barracks ships for Clan technicians to repair heavily damaged units that would otherwise tax the forward deployed technical teams, in addition to hauling massive loads of supplies for the war effort, and providing medical and R&R care for the Touman. The Potemkins are principally used as Galaxy level transports and forward resupply bases as well as being mobile fortresses heavily defended by combatant craft big and small. Most of the modular space stations have been deployed in the occupied territory but four have been reserved to serve as emergency jumpyards to repair any Warships damaged during REVIVAL.

Clan Naval Auxiliary
12 Volga II Armored Transports, 20 Carrack Armored Transports, 8 Potemkin Heavy Transports (Great Bear, Leviathan, Serpentes, Atlantean, Midnight Star, Morning Star, Ophidian, Martingale’s Gambit), 4 Semi-Mobile (Modular) Jumpyards (with a Megaton capacity)

Clan Naval Touman Combat Stars {all escorted by 3 Gatekeeper (Lola V) Destroyers which are named after home-worlds}
Clan Ghost Bear - Typhon Battleship SLS Ursus Major, Quasar (York) Carrier SLS Ursus Minor

Clan Star Adder – Typhon Battleship SLS Astarte, Quasar (York) Carrier SLS Quasar

Clan Mongoose – Anne Rosse (Conqueror) Carrier SLS Quicksilver, Hellgate (Black Lion III) Battlecruiser SLS Fossa

Clan Nova Fox – Anne Rosse (Conqueror) Carrier SLS Anne Rosse, Hellgate (Black Lion III) Battlecruiser SLS Goliath

Clan Steel Viper – Typhon Battleship SLS Typhon, Quasar (York) Carrier SLS Pit Viper

Clan Hell’s Horses – Anne Rosse (Conqueror) Carrier SLS Purgatory, Hellgate Battlecruiser (Black Lion III) SLS Hellgate

Council Command Star - McKenna Battleship SLS Kerensky’s Pride (formerly Cage's Pride), Hellgate Battlecruiser (Black Lion III) SLS Gunslinger

The Naval Reserve of the Clan Touman serves as the forward arm of either the Khan or SaKhan or in the Case of the Command Star ilKhan Leo Showers. The Wolf War was highly destructive so most of the Clan's Shipyards were damaged and required a massive investment in resources in order to scale up and this takes the shape of only five new designs to replace the dozens lost in the conflict including the Kerensky's Pride, Clan Mongoose's former Flagship was brought out of mothballs and lovingly restored to the original specs sans the body of Aleksandr Kerensky.
