Both are simple-ish things that you can achieve during the course of gameplay. Hardest part is going to be racking up wins if you have my level of luck

Advent Phase 2 and Stocking Stuffers Phase 1 has begun. One of the objectives for Advent is to get a headshot.

I dunno how good a shot PGI thinks most players are, but I doubt most people are gonna get that one. I managed to get only three all year, myself. lol

I mean, that won't stop me from trying, of course, but still, seems a bit of a tall order.
