The APC will go to help liberated slaves, but the BMRV and MASH unit will stay back.
Has this been mentioned in character? Doc would absolutely be advocating for the MASH to tag along. Both for QRF to recover any downed pilots and to provide medical aid to any survivors/detained individuals. In addition to the added recon camera and comms gear for added coordination.

It's certainly something that could be advocated for... and the BMRV too, now that it looks like you'll have an SRM-4 to trade...

Sweep split off and headed for the parking area while Smoke was talking to Sam (his tech).  Feel free to refile those posts on the wiki.

It's the best. I get to tell my tech what the problem is, but then *they* have to solve it!

If Sweep is intending to mount up and wait for the mission to start, he's going to be waiting a couple of days... The Marauder repairs and mods to Smoke's 'Mech are going to take a bit...

Lol. Copy! I'll just make sure things are how they're supposed to be and then get some hydration and rest.

I lost the links to the threads, so had to find them again. But, I will make an effort to be more present from here on out.

Didn't the Marauder land hard after falling  out of the dropship?

Marauder over there, marauder over there...and some in that dune pit...

Warrant Cushman wouldn't turn away volunteers, but Captain Harris might have something to say about the impact to the perimeter security rotation.  Also, am I the only one who's going to poke DOC about getting his tech that promised drink? :)

As far as the Marauder, the damage to it is listed in the first post (I gave it exactly what the rules asked for)... ;)

Ok, I've set it up so the PCs can discuss among themselves who gets to pilot the Marauder back to the bivouac from the OLF (yes, in front of Captain Harris).  Ramjet can probably make the best argument, but that means leaving his 'mech to be piloted by someone else while he's at the OLF (which goes for all of the PCs, really).  Lieutenant Haitao is the default NPC answer, of course... ;)

Well that Mad with PPCs would be nice sniper weapons, but I will not suggest Smoke give up Kat.  He loves his ride too much.
Plus can u all think of the mods he would want to make to a MAD

The good Lieutenant was your liaison officer on Ghorepani, and the Maskirovka tossed him in jail when he pointed out your actions were totally within the contract.  The previous Major decided enough was enough, broke him out and brought you all to Astrokaszy on the hope that the OLF would have enough SLDF loot to retire on.  Honestly, if you had a big enough DropShip and a LOT of time to pack everything, that MIGHT be true for a small crew (which you are not).  I mean, those vintage SLDF rations could fetch a pretty penny in the right markets... ;)

Ok, figure work is underway on both 'mechs by 1300 on the 31st.  The Marauder's total time to repair is 475 minutes (even with the Cockpit repairs).  The Panther takes 1,710 minutes (that x3 multiplier for a Class B refit is a killer).  Warrant Cushman is personally leading the Marauder work, and Sam Horn is leading the Panther project.

Day 1 (~half a day)
Marauder: All non-Head armor, Head Internal Structure, Sensor repairs done
Panther: SRM-4 and Ammo Bin removed

All the dice were friendly on the first day, with no partial repairs or expense of EDG.

Day 2 (full day)
Marauder: Cockpit repair, Head armor done (and complete)
Panther: Heat sink and Medium Lasers installed

All the dice were (amazingly) friendly on the second day too!

The PCs can check in with anyone they like at the OLF while the work is going on (the techs mostly just want their MechWarriors OUT OF THE WAY).

The Major's plan is to return to the bivouac at the end of the second day.  Sweep will have all the time he needs to set up security protocols on the old Major's Marauder (don't forget it's a Marik model: 2 Large Lasers, 1 AC/5, 2 Medium Lasers, 20 Heat Sinks).  The old Major had also tweaked the armor slightly, moving two points from each arm to the legs (which I'm fluffing as a consequence of Large Lasers being shorter than PPCs).

Daryk, is OLF Skinner same as the Wolf Skinner'' bivouac around WSDS Mondez's' impact site?  if the OLF Skinner name your giving the abandon Star League depot base the Wolf Skinners found?

OLF Skinner is the Outlying Landing Field abandoned by the SLDF at the end of the Reunification War (commanded by Major Skinner's ancestor).  The bivouac is next to the impact crater made by WDS Mondez' crash.  They're about 50 km apart.
