How broad are contacts supposed to be, when selected on character generation? Are we talking more connections/draconis combine, connections/pesht military district, connection/albiero prefecture, or connections/hanover? What about more vague groupings, like would it be connections/pirates, or connections/blackmarket, or would it be connections/valkyrate?
